Feeling the toll of desk life—or worried about moving safely as you age?
Holistique is a selective, cash-based physical therapy practice for adults seeking thoughtful, whole-person care—not high-volume rehab. We focus on movement, posture, and balance, helping you reduce pain, improve mobility, and regain confidence in your body.
For companies: I provide on-site and virtual physical therapy consults specializing in Upper Extremity Repetitive strain that prevent claims and keep teams working strong. Learn how I partner with precision-task employers through PT Kiosks and early intervention programs
I’ve got tech arm, nagging pain, or balance concerns—and I’m ready for personalized physical therapy that actually fits my life. No scripts. No cookie-cutter protocols. Just 1:1 care to help me move better, feel better, and stay independent.
We want to reduce upper extremity repetitive strain problems and support our team’s well-being. I’m looking for a proactive PT partner who gets workplace demands—and can keep our people working strong, without jumping straight into claims.
If your body can’t do what it “should still move” through, that’s not just stiffness — it’s an early warning sign.
Stay Steady™ is a virtual movement longevity system for adults 50–65 who want to stay strong, balanced, and capable long before decline sets in.
This program blends prevention, early correction, and restoration of movement patterns that quietly deteriorate in your 50s.
It begins with a structured movement screen inspired by the “This Should Still Move” series. If a joint no longer moves the way it should, we address it before it becomes pain, instability, or visible aging.
Inside the program you receive:
A personalized corrective movement plan
Thoracic spine mobility and posture re-education
Balance and gait stability training
Progressive strength development
Ongoing guidance and accountability
Access to education and challenges inside the Wellness Reclaimed community
The goal is simple:
Move confidently.
Maintain independence.
Stay young. Stay nimble. Stay steady.
Holistique combines evidence-based physical therapy, restorative movement, and whole-person wellness protocols to calm pain, increase mobility, and rebuild confidence in your body.
Personalized 1:1 sessions focused on your goals, not generic protocols
Integrated approach: hands-on therapy, movement, neuromuscular resets, and lifestyle
Ideal for tech-neck and postural strain, chronic pain, balance support, and rebuilding strength and confidence.

“I went from constant back pain and fear of movement to hiking with my kids again. This is not generic PT—this is whole-person care.”
— Sarah M., client
“Just rest.” “Take these pills.” “You might need surgery.”
But none of that explains why your body hurts—or how to safely move again.
Pain meds, injections, and passive treatments can mute pain—without addressing the root cause in your movement patterns, tissues, and nervous system.
When every step, lift, or twist might trigger pain, your world gets smaller. You avoid the activities you love and lose strength over time.
Seeing different therapists for pain, stress, and movement can lead to conflicting advice and disjointed treatment. At Holistique, you receive consistent, expert care from a single provider who integrates your symptoms, goals, and patterns into one clear, evidence-based plan for recovery.
Heel spur/plantar fasciitis

Tennis Elbow
Shoulder Pain
Lumbar Disc Derangement
Falls Prevention – Stay Steady™
At Holistique, we treat the whole person—not just the painful area. Every session we integrate:
Precise, hands-on physical therapy to calm irritated tissues and joints- where applicable
Targeted movement and strength training to restore functional mobility
Nervous system regulation to reduce tension and guarding
Lifestyle and recovery protocols that support healing between sessions
Natural pain relief methods
The result: less pain, more easeful movement, deeper body awareness, and confidence to return to the life you want.
We don’t rush you through a 10-minute screening. We take time to understand your history, daily demands, movement habits, and stress load—then test how your body actually moves.
You leave each session with 1–3 focused movements or practices, not a 15-exercise printout. We design protocols that fit your real life so you can follow through.
We meet your body where it is—whether you’re dealing with a repetitive strain, dealing with chronic conditions, or simply deconditioned—and safely progress you back to the activities you care about.
Build a plan that matches your timeline, comfort level, and goals—whether you’re just beginning or returning to higher-level performance.
45-minute virtual sessions with a licensed clinician, focused on resolving pain and restoring healthy mechanics through hands-on guidance (yes, it works virtually), movement coaching, and personalized strategies.
In-person visits may be available within a small local radius in California, at the clinician’s discretion.
Telehealth services are also available to individuals located in Maryland and Virginia, in accordance with state licensure regulations.
We’re currently expanding our hybrid care platform—so you get expert support, wherever you are.
Best for: tech chronic back/neck pain, joint pain, balance challenges, postural pain.
Available in results-driven care plans designed to relieve pain, improve function, and restore confidence—delivered over 4 to 8 weeks, based on your goals and needs.
Guided, progressive programming to increase range of motion, joint stability, and total-body strength—with extra attention on areas that have been injured or sensitive.
Best for: active adults, desk worker wanting to prevent injury, and people “afraid to work out.”
Offered 1:1 in-studio or virtually with video feedback.
Custom neuromuscular , recovery, and lifestyle practices that support your nervous system, sleep, and daily stress—so your body has what it needs to actually recover..
Best for: chronic pain, high stress, and those seeking a non-pharmaceutical approach.
Often combined with PT and movement plans for best results.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong. You just need a partner who can guide you—step by step.
Share your story, goals, and medical history. We’ll identify red flags, explain what we see, and map out your first 4–6 weeks.
We combine in-session work with short, realistic practices at home—so your body keeps improving between visits instead of “resetting” to pain.
As pain lowers and capacity increases, we integrate the specific movements your life requires: lifting your kids, running, dancing, or simply walking without fear.
Care is delivered through structured, outcome-focused plans rather than isolated appointments—so progress is guided, consistent, and sustainable.

In most cases, no. Many clients work with us directly as part of their proactive wellness or rehab plan. If we see anything that suggests you should consult your physician or a specialist first, we’ll clearly communicate that and help you navigate next steps.
Holistique operates as an out-of-network provider so we can spend more time with you and build truly individualized care. You pay at the time of service.
Many of our clients have tried traditional PT or multiple providers before finding us. Because we address movement, tissue health, and nervous system regulation together, combined with healthy lifestyle habits and natural pain relief methods even long-standing pain can often improve. We’ll be honest with you about what is realistic based on your specific situation.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move—such as athletic wear or loose pants and a t-shirt. If you have recent imaging reports or a list of medications, you can bring them, but they’re not required. A small towel and water bottle are optional but welcome.
Everyone is different, but many clients feel some change—less pain, more ease, or a clearer understanding of their body—after the very first visit. Most notice meaningful improvements within 2–4 sessions, especially when they complete their simple home practices.
Take the first step toward less pain and more freedom in your daily life with Holistique’s integrated physical therapy and wellness approach.
